I decided to combine the last 2 weeks into 1 post as I haven't really taken many photos and I don't have a whole lot to write about! I sort of feel like I'm losing my motivation a little but am still eating healthy and doing the online Pilates sessions.
Each week a new Pilates workout becomes available and I quite liked this week's one. The program also encourages you to go back and do a previous week's workout to mix it up, which I have found good. In being honest with how I'm doing, I haven't done as many cardio sessions as the program schedules and also haven't done a yoga session yet. I did set myself up to do one and then the baby woke up about 1 minute into it!
With all that said, I did my baseline testing again this week and I had improved from when I started so that's a positive!
