Starting a healthy living journey

I am now 9 weeks post birth of my 3rd child and have had my checkup with my obstetrician and been given the go ahead to commence exercising....but am so busy and tired that I need something that's going to work for me and fit into my chaotic life! So an online pilates and nutrition program by Body Beyond Birth seems perfect!

9 weeks after the birth of my 3rd baby

The back story: I first met Becky from Body Birth Beyond 6 years ago when my obstetrician recommended her exercise class after the birth of my first son...fast forward 3 years after that (I had continued doing Pilates classes at her Pilates studio) and I was pregnant with my 2nd child. I had symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) again and went to Becky for Physiotherapy treatment and she was amazingly able to "fix" me enough that I wasn't in excruciating pain. I'm now 9 weeks post birth of my 3rd son and bumped into Becky in the shopping centre the other day. I brought up how I need to get back into exercising. However with 3 kiddos, my time is so limited (fellow mumma's I'm sure you know what I'm talking about!), so when Becky mentioned the online pilates and nutrition class that Body Beyond Birth now offer it sounded like the perfect way for me to try and get my body back together and healthy again!

I'm going to do the 12 week program and document some of the journey on here and on Instagram and Facebook (I'm a little scared making this so public as that means I'll have to really commit myself to it!😱).

Is anyone else on a healthy living journey at the moment? I think I'll need a little encouragement so would love to connect with you if you are 😊

Disclaimer: In being completely transparent with my lovely followers I feel I should let you know that I have been given access to this program free of charge but all opinions of the actual program will be 100% my own. I also feel I should let you know I have a major love of chocolate so am going to find any healthy eating extremely difficult and I apologise in advance if some Easter eggs find their way into my tummy- that really won't be a reflection of the effectiveness of the program 😜
